| This is a very good quality English Leather
Saddle by Tower Farm Saddlers.
This is Working Hunter Cut Saddle.
It has the usual signs of wear from
stirrup leathers but is in overall
very good condition.
The leather has been well cared for
and there area no major flaws but it does have some minor scuff marks on
the cantle (see inset photo). These could
very easily be worked out of the leather with little bit of polish and
leather oil. Two girth straps have also been recently replaced (the
others are sound and plenty of life left)
The stirrup bar is stamped N for a
narrow fit but suspect that the tree has professionally been altered in
the past as it is much nearer a Medium Fit.
If you are looking for a very good
quality saddle to start off doing showing then this is a very nice
saddle to get you going and would not look out of place even at county
level.
